Dibal will exhibit its new products for the industry at the Empack fair in Madrid on 26th and 27th of October

dibalWe are once again participating in Empack, the trade fair specialised in packaging solutions, presenting our latest weighing and labelling solutions for the industrial sector.

During the 26th and 27th of October we will be at the stand D20 in Hall 5, with our latest launches to share them with all visitors who come along the event.

The main novelty with which we will be present is the Productivity Control Solution for the food industry, which responds to the needs of companies in which there is a high volume of manual packaging -very common in the fruit and vegetable and canning sectors-, and it is vital to ensure that each container contains the amount of product established within the limits of validity. This avoids offering a product that does not reach the target weight or overruns and incurs losses.

CW 5000 silueteada metacrilatoThis solution allows:

- Monitoring manual filling lines and keep overall control, by line and operator, to measure overall and unit productivity and efficiency levels.

- Analysing real-time and historical data to make decisions in an agile manner (productivity management, shrinkage and overfilling, and employee presence).

- Centralising and sending the data of the products to be processed from the management software instead of having to manage it indicator by indicator at each handling station.

- Collecting data both on the company server and in the cloud, allowing access from any device with internet access.

We will be exhibiting our usual automatic weighing and labelling equipment:

- The 4500 range automatic labeller, with top labelling.

- And the novelty of the 5000 range, which represents an important qualitative leap compared to previous versions such as the 4500. This new generation offers additional benefits to those already offered and characteristic of our equipment (high weighing and printing speed, robustness and durability, versatility and adaptability, modular design, easy cleaning and maintenance). We will have a combined equipment of checkweigher 5000 and a conveyor belt metal detector equipped with the kit that ensures compliance with the demanding IFS/BRC food safety standards. In case of errors during the inspection process and treatment of contaminated products, the elements of the IFS/BRC kit are able to identify them, signal them and stop the process activity on the equipment until they are corrected by the supervisor.

We will present the latest LP-5000 manual labeller for industrial environments, built in stainless steel, connection to a weighing platform of up to 16 cells (with the option to connect to a 2nd platform), with a 4" long-life print head, 8 dots/mm labelling system -up to 250 mm/s-, and which has a graphic label designer in the equipment itself, and a diversity of communications. It is a more powerful labeller, with proprietary software; more robust, with resistant materials; more comfortable, with a variety of working positions; easier and more intuitive, with a 10" touch screen; and with more applications for industrial weighing and labelling.

All these equipment and solutions can be examined by visitors who come to our stand D20 in Hall 5 during the fair.
