The European meat industry will gather at Lake Tegernsee for the 22nd Euromeat Golf Trophy. This year’s edition of the long-standing industry tournament will be hosted at Golfclub Margarethenhof, bringing together golf-enthusiastic butchers, meat processors, entrepreneurs and industry partners from across Europe. The event combines sporting competition with professional exchange and a strong charitable commitment.
Participants will compete in nine different tournament categories, playing not only for sporting success but also for the coveted industry title of best butcher on the golf course. Alongside the tournament, personal networking and industry dialogue remain central elements of the event – a hallmark of the Euromeat Golf Trophy for more than two decades.
A key highlight of this year’s programme is a technical symposium and company visit at WDL GmbH in Brunnthal near Munich. The Wirtshaus Dienstleistungsgesellschaft will provide participants with insights into modern service concepts and solutions for gastronomy, meat processing and craft businesses. The symposium will also offer a platform for discussions on current industry developments, innovative marketing strategies and the exchange of best practices.
The Euromeat Golf Trophy is supported by numerous well-known companies from the international meat and supplier industry. Sponsors include Poly-clip System, Laska, Provisur, Reich, Sealpac, Mesutronic, Espera, Callicon, Lißner, AVO, ELS and Bizerba, as well as many other industry partners who have actively supported the event for many years.
In addition to sport and professional exchange, the Euromeat Golf Trophy traditionally serves a charitable purpose: part of the proceeds from the event will be donated to organisations supporting sick and disadvantaged children.
With its unique combination of golf tournament, industry dialogue and charity, the Euromeat Golf Trophy has established itself as a key networking platform for the European meat sector, offering opportunities for exchange, cooperation and engagement across national borders.
