Vikan to present new products and hygiene seminars at ISSA Interclean 2016

We are delighted to announce that Vikan will be exhibiting at ISSA Interclean 2016, stand 02.220 (Hall 2), which is being held at the RAI Amsterdam 10–13 May.

We look forward to showing you our new product innovations at ISSA Interclean 2016. Our brand new multi award winning Ultra Safe Technology brushware will be on display, together with our new microfiber mop Damp Dry 31 and Easy Shine Kit.

Hygiene Seminars
This year Vikan are conducting a Hygiene Seminar. The seminar will take place on Wednesday 11^th of May in conference room E107 at the RAI Conference Center. So that you can priorities your time at ISSA Interclean, we will be conducting the seminar at two separate times. The first seminar runs from 10.30am to 12.00, and the second seminar at 2.00pm – 3.30pm. Both are open for everyone to attend. The seminar is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their knowledge of industry hygiene, focusing on manual cleaning tools.

Our Global Hygiene Specialist, Debra Smith, will talk about “The selection, use and maintenance of cleaning equipment” followed by a practical demonstration and presentation of the Vikan services.

Debra Smith has more than 30 years of hygiene and food safety experience. Prior to joining Vikan, she worked in the microbiology laboratory of Bernard Matthews Farms, the Food Safety Division of the UK’s Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) as a Research Manager and as a Research Manager at Campden BRI. She holds qualifications in Applied Microbiology, Nutrition & Food Science, Advanced Food Hygiene and HACCP. She is author/co-author of numerous hygiene and food safety publications.
