See Lyco's Water-Saving Innovations in booth B4205 at 2019 IPPE
See the Sanitary Zero Maintenance Screen and Double Drum Screen in action in Lyco’s booth No. B4205 at 2019 IPPE next month in Atlanta.
The Sanitary Zero Maintenance Screen helps the poultry industry save water and money by reusing their water. The SZMS works by filtering wastewater and reclaiming it for new uses back in the food-processing systems. It can filter up to 400 gallons of water per minute for reuse.
This savings in water, when spread out over 12 months, means the SZMS can pay for itself in just a year.
The Double-Drum Wastewater Screen enables food processors to gain significant savings by screening water twice with one machine, which reduces industrial waste and increases product recovery. The machine, which is engineered with a .080” primary and a .020” secondary screen, saves valuable floor space and capital costs by eliminating the need for two single-stage screens. The versatility of the Double-Drum Wastewater Screen makes it ideal for the poultry industry.
Knowing your time is valuable, all booth visits will be limited to 15 minutes. Please let us know if we can schedule a brief visit for you with Lyco to learn how these and other products are helping the poultry and beef industries save water, time and money. lycomfg.com
